We collaborate with our core team and developer early and often to ensure that our concepts are viable within the confines of project scope and budget.

A Master Plan is prepared for the project that best fits the developments financial, environmental and system goals of the developer.

The Master Plan is the basis for preliminary project approval and obtaining project financing.

Once the project has received approval from regulatory agencies and funding sources have been identified, Schematic Design can begin. Schematic Design will allow for project bidding and finalization of project budgets and schedules.
